International Relief Organizations Must Assist Earthquake Victims in Afghanistan

With deep sorrow and grief, we have learned that as a result of the recent earthquakes in the provinces of Kunar, Nangarhar, Laghman, and Panjshir, a number of our innocent compatriots have lost their lives, while many others have been injured and left homeless.
The Afghanistan Freedom Front extends its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and shares in the pain and suffering of our afflicted people.

We call upon all philanthropists, charitable organizations, and national figures to stand in solidarity and provide urgent assistance to the victims of this tragedy. We also appeal to international organizations and humanitarian agencies to act immediately in order to save lives, support the displaced, and alleviate the suffering of the affected people.

Regrettably, the Taliban group has proven utterly incapable and incompetent in managing crises and natural disasters. The absence of responsible structures and accountable institutions has led to a significant increase in casualties and damages in such incidents. Therefore, it is imperative that international relief organizations and United Nations agencies intervene without delay to assist the people of Afghanistan.
