Freedom fighters of the Afghanistan Freedom Front carried out a guerrilla operation at around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, targeting a Taliban terrorist reserve unit near the Badakhshan provincial governor’s office in Fayzabad, the capital city of the province. As a result of the attack, three Taliban terrorists were killed and one other Taliban member was wounded. The Taliban have repeatedly used this repressive unit to silence citizens’ protests, spread fear, and consolidate their imposed rule.
