Afghanistan Freedom Front carried out a targeted attack

Freedom Fighters of the Afghanistan Freedom Front carried out a targeted attack at around 12:25 a.m. on Wednesday night, 24 June 2026 against a Taliban checkpoint on the Jalalabad–Kunar Highway, located in Shewa District of Nangarhar Province.

As a result of the attack, 3 Taliban members were killed and 2 others were seriously wounded.
